Another Shipment Update!

Hello again, lovelies!

We’re here with another update. We are still in the midst of shipping out rewards since we have to do them in small batches at a time. We have very few staff members who are available to do this, so it will take some time to get through all the shipments. Since our available staff still have to work regular hours, we can only do a few shipments at a time so as to not overwhelm them with the workload.

We plan to enlist more help over the weekend, so we hope to get through as many rewards as possible. Additionally, we have received all of our corrected enamel pins at our warehouse! We will be working on adding those pin orders to our batches of shipments.

Please note that for those wondering about the early bird ticket access to the grand opening tea party, this is not a physical item. It will be listed in the order slips for packages; however, this is not something that is included in the package. This will be an invitation code that will be sent to emails for an early chance to purchase the tickets for the tea party.

We understand that this has been quite the delay, and we greatly apologize for the inconvenience. We're aiming to get all these rewards shipped out, so as always, we thank you all so, so much for your patience in regards to this.

Kickstarter Shipping Update!

Hello, lovelies! We’re sorry about the long wait on an update. At this point in time, almost all items have made it to our warehouse. The only thing left that we're waiting on are the corrected enamel pins. As a reminder from our previous post, our pins were made incorrectly, so we've had to order another batch. Due to the pins needing to be remade, this had delayed our shipment time.

We were not given an ETA on the pins, so we only know that they are still in production. We had aimed for June to be our estimated shipping date, but unfortunately, that couldn't happen. With both our initial date and our aimed date being delayed, we really don’t want to push the time back any further. We want to get these orders out to everyone.

As a result, we have made the decision to ship the orders that we can currently fulfill with the inventory we have at hand. This means that all orders that do not contain enamel pins will be rolled out first. As soon as we have the remade enamel pins at our warehouse, we will ship out orders that involve them as well.

We really do appreciate everyone’s patience with all these unexpected delays. Thank you so much!
 

Production Update!

Hello again, lovelies! We’re back with another update. At this moment, we’ve been making progress behind the scenes. So far, most of the items have finished their production and made it to our warehouse. This includes rugs and tote bags. 

Unfortunately, our pins were made incorrectly. They have the wrong fill colors. We’ve already ordered another batch with the correct pearlescent fill, and those are currently being produced.

Due to the fact that we have so many of these flat colored versions of pins, they will be available online for sale on our website at a discounted price. However, if any backers would rather have the flat-colored versions instead of the pearlescent ones, please let us know! We can do that exchange for you. Just make sure to email us at [email protected]’.

As a reminder, the new estimated date for shipments will be in June. Thank you all for the support. We hope to have the corrected pins soon, so we can start with the pledge fulfilments!

New Shipping Timeline!

Hi again, lovelies! We’re here to bring you another update on our progress so far with the Kickstarter. We are still waiting for surveys from the remaining few backers, but at this moment, we have gone ahead and placed the confirmed and projected orders for the manufacturers to begin their productions.

So far, the neon lights and aprons have been made. Due to the delay in which items had to be placed and each item requiring their own production period to run its course before being able to fully ship them out, our estimated timeline will unfortunately have to be pushed back. The new estimated date for shipments will be in June. Thank you for all your patience throughout this unexpected extension. We are proceeding with the campaign and will continue to update you throughout the process!

We are still asking for surveys to be completed. We need all the feedback! Otherwise, we will have no addresses to ship rewards to. Please do note that we also need the confirmation and completion of surveys from who backed the Kickstarter without any rewards. We very much appreciate the donation; however, Backerkit requires the survey to be turned in regardless of the reward tier. Addresses would not be necessary for them, but the survey completion is still needed.

Survey Reminder!

Hello, lovelies! We’re making another call for backer surveys for those who might have missed it! Here is where you’ll be selecting colorways/styles of reward, any add-ons, and inputting any missing information, such as addresses. We’ll need all the feedback, so we know where to send the rewards.

If you still aren't able to receive an email, please contact us through Kickstarter or our contact email '[email protected]'. The latter would be preferred since it's easier for us to spot and respond to it. 

Please note that we will be sending individual emails/Kickstarter DM's out soon for survey completion. If not completed within the given deadline (which will be stated within the email), we will have to use default colors and pins for the rewards. That way, we can get started with rewards for everybody. More information on this will be in the email!

Also, we're very sorry about a hiccup in our shipping costs. We have noticed an additional shipping charge occurring among some backers. After discussing it with Backerkit, we learned that this extra charge is due to shipping being priced per item. The base shipping is from the initial pledge item level, and additional costs are from the add-ons along with it. As a result, we have to adjust our shipping prices between Kickstarter and Backerkit, so there is an extra shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot change this as Backerkit requires shipping to be covered. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this.
